Executive Privacy Summary

WosRent (developed by WumoK under wumok.com) is an enterprise SaaS platform built for Shopify merchants. We operate on a strict Zero Unauthorized Data Sharing and Data Minimization standard. All personally identifiable information (PII) including signatures and delivery evidence is encrypted using bank-grade AES-256-GCM.

1. Overview and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how WosRent collects, uses, and safeguards information when a Shopify merchant installs the application, and when their customers complete rental agreements, provide touch signatures, or upload delivery proof.

2. What Information We Process

WosRent processes only the operational data strictly necessary to fulfill rental agreements and secure merchant assets:

Merchant Store Data: Store name, myshopify domain, primary store currency, and notification contact email.
Rental Order Metadata: Shopify Order ID, rented equipment line items, rental duration dates, and security deposit amounts.
Digital Signature & Audit Trail: Customer-provided touch signature vector data, timestamp of signing, and customer IP address solely to ensure legally binding contract validity and chargeback dispute evidence.
Delivery & Inspection Evidence: Delivery proof photos, recipient names, and returned equipment inspection photos uploaded by the merchant or their delivery personnel.

3. Bank-Grade PII Encryption (AES-256-GCM)

All sensitive customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and contract records are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption. Encrypted PDF agreements are streamed directly to the merchant's private Google Drive repository upon signature.

4. Zero Third-Party Monetization

We never sell, lease, or monetize merchant or customer data. We never inject third-party ad trackers, tracking cookies, or commercial telemetry into the merchant admin or customer checkout experience.

5. Integrations & Sub-Processors

To deliver core rental capabilities, WosRent interacts with trusted infrastructure providers:

Shopify API: Synchronizing orders, products, and customer records via official OAuth 2.0 protocols.
Google Drive API: Enabling automatic backup of signed PDF contracts into the merchant's dedicated cloud drive.
Telus / RingCentral / Twilio: Delivering automated SMS delivery links and return reminders if enabled by the merchant.

6. GDPR, CCPA & KVKK Rights

In accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and KVKK regulations, merchants and their customers retain full rights to access, rectify, or request permanent deletion of their personal records. When an uninstallation webhook is received from Shopify, merchant-specific records are safely purged after standard retention requirements.

1. Kapsam ve Amaç

Bu Gizlilik Politikası; Shopify satıcısı WosRent uygulamasını kurduğunda ve müşterileri kiralama sözleşmesi imzalayıp teslimat kanıtı aldığında işlenen verilerin güvenliğini açıklar.

2. İşlenen Veriler

WosRent, yalnızca kiralama operasyonunun hukuki ve operasyonel güvenliği için zorunlu olan verileri işler:

Mağaza Bilgileri: Mağaza adı, myshopify alan adı, mağaza para birimi ve bildirim e-posta adresi.
Kiralama Sipariş Verileri: Shopify Sipariş Numarası, kiralanan ürün kalemleri, kiralama başlangıç-bitiş tarihleri ve depozito bedelleri.
Dijital İmza & Denetim İzi: Dokunmatik imza verisi, imza zaman damgası ve imzalayan IP adresi (yalnızca ters ibraz / chargeback ve sözleşme geçerliliği için).
Teslimat ve Muayene Kanıtları: Kurye teslimat fotoğrafları, alıcı adı ve iade edilen ekipmanın durum fotoğrafları.

3. Banka Düzeyinde AES-256-GCM Şifrelemesi

Tüm hassas kişisel veriler (PII) ve sözleşme kayıtları veritabanında AES-256-GCM şifreleme algoritması ile saklanır. İmzalanan A4 PDF sözleşmeler mağazanın kendi Google Drive hesabına doğrudan aktarılır.

4. Verilerin Satılmaması Garantisi

Kullanıcı ve müşteri verileri hiçbir koşulda satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya reklam ağlarıyla paylaşılmaz. Uygulama içerisine üçüncü taraf reklam veya takip kodları yerleştirilmez.

5. Entegrasyonlar ve Alt İşleyiciler

WosRent, temel fonksiyonlarını yerine getirebilmek için yalnızca güvenilir altyapılarla çalışır:

Shopify API: Resmi OAuth 2.0 yetkilendirmesiyle sipariş ve ürün verilerinin eşitlenmesi.
Google Drive API: İmzalanan sözleşmelerin mağazanın özel Drive klasörüne otomatik arşivlenmesi.
SMS Ağları (Telus / RingCentral / Twilio): Mağaza tarafından etkinleştirildiğinde teslimat ve iade hatırlatma SMS'lerinin iletilmesi.

6. KVKK ve GDPR Hakları

Kullanıcılar ve mağazalar, sistemde tutulan verilerine erişme, düzeltme veya kalıcı olarak silinmesini talep etme hakkına sahiptir. Shopify üzerinden uygulama kaldırıldığında yasal saklama sürelerinin ardından mağaza verileri sistemden güvenle temizlenir.
